This speaker series event includes presentations from the following:
- Claire Privat, Ph.D in Clinical Psychology is a mindfulness-based psychotherapist at the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Center of New Orleans and she volunteers teaching yoga to survivors of trauma in the New Orleans community.
- Erin Romney-Cazes, a mother, movement expert, artist and founder of Romney Studios, will lead a mini Pilates class and speak about the importance of pilates and yoga in mindfulness.
- Noell Eanes, M.Ac., is a licensed acupuncturist and wellness consultant at The Space at Raw Republic and will discuss the psychology of emotion.
