Every year, members of the Junior League of New Orleans (JLNO) make immense strides towards improving our community. We do this by training effective leaders and providing them with opportunities to develop themselves as well as our initiatives. Over the past 99 years, JLNO has trained women leaders to understand the community’s needs, envision ways to better lives of others, and bring forth lasting change. As a result, New Orleans has more women founding organizations and businesses, more women leaders serving on boards, more women volunteers giving their time, and more women donors valuing causes through financial support.

Join the celebration as we Pass the Gavel to our 100th President!

The Junior League of New Orleans invites you to join us for a memorable evening honoring our legacy of service to the Greater New Orleans area. The festivities will commence at 6 pm on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at the Audubon Tea Room – 6500 Magazine St., New Orleans, LA. 70118). The celebration begins with a cocktail hour, followed by a seated dinner. During our program of events, we will honor our 2023 Woman Entrepreneur Fellow as well as our Community Assistance Fund and Scholarship recipients. The evening culminates with the traditional passing of the gavel from our distinguished past Presidents to our incoming President who will preside over JLNO’s centennial.
