The Junior League of New Orleans, Squad WOD, and CrossFit Roux present a special all female workout for ALL LEVELS with NO CROSSFIT experience required!

Squad WOD is a place where its all about the Squad. The workouts and locations change. What doesn’t is empowerment, camaraderie, and support for each other. They bring women together who may not otherwise participate in a Crossfit style workout because of barriers to entry such as body image, self-esteem, perceived level of difficulty, etc.

Proceeds from this all female empowerment hour will be dedicated to the Junior League of New Orleans.
