Meet Dr. Kiki Baker Barnes, Athletic Director at Dillard University and one of the 2,100 women who volunteer to advance the well being of women and families in Greater New Orleans. JLNO celebrates our members who are Women Leading for a Greater New Orleans, and Kiki is a stellar example. She is one of many change-makers within our organization that contribute to a variety of industries, develop their potential through our infrastructure, and implement our impact.

Confidence and perseverance are the cornerstones of Kiki’s work. “You can only be you,” she says. “And you have to be comfortable with who you are.”

Kiki brings her passion to the Junior League of New Orleans. We are proud of inspiring members of our organization like her who are empowering the next generation of women leaders.
