Women Leading for a Greater New Orleans – Meet Blair Broussard

Meet Blair Broussard, Chief Operations & People Officer at ARPR, and one of the 2,100 women who volunteer to advance the wellbeing of women and families in Greater New Orleans. JLNO celebrates our members who are Women Leading for a Greater New Orleans, and Blair is a Woman Leading Marketing & Communications. She is one of many change-makers within our organization that contribute to a variety of industries, develop their potential through our infrastructure, and implement our impact.

Blair’s advice to women no matter what industry you are in is to find a community. As Oprah Winfrey says “Surround yourself only with people who are going to take you higher.”

“I’ve been so lucky that along my career path I’ve had many people who have shown up, and for reasons I still don’t understand sometimes, they truly believed in me. They encouraged me along the way, giving me jobs, finding me unique opportunities to showcase my talents and recommending me for organizations and programs that have continued to help me elevate my career. I’m forever indebted to them and am determined to pay it forward.”

Blair found part of her community with the Junior League of New Orleans, and we are proud of these inspiring and diverse members who are empowering the next generation of women leaders.
