Finding The Good during National Diaper Need Awareness Week
During this year’s National Diaper Need Awareness Week, we set out to collect 11,000 diapers to help meet basic needs in our community. We’re thrilled to announce that together, we far exceeded that goal.
With your generosity, we gathered 20,900 essential items, including 18,912 diapers, 129 packages of wipes, 436 adult incontinence products, and 1,423 period products.
These supplies are now on their way to families across Greater New Orleans, helping more parents, caregivers, and individuals access the everyday essentials no one should have to go without.
Thank you for finding the good with us and making such a lasting impact on our community.
Here’s how you can get involved:
- Get educated about diaper need | When families can’t access basic hygiene products, they’re forced to choose between diapers and other essentials like food, rent, or utilities. Learn more about diaper need.
-
Host a product drive | Partner with us to collect diapers, period products, or adult incontinence supplies any time during the year. We’ll even provide planning resources and materials to help you organize and promote your drive. Sign up and start planning your drive now.
